I have been on the Diet To Go program for almost 3 months and consider it the best thing I have ever done for myself.

It's a fantastic program that works. I love the food, the convenience, never going hungry and losing the weight! I was never a believer these programs worked or that the food was any good. I was wrong!!!! I am so thankful I tried it. I look forward to every meal and snack.

Try it if you're thinking about it. I wish I would have tried this years ago.

I have been overweight on and off my whole life. Since having my second child, 9 years ago, the weight just kept on creeping on and I was horrified when I watched a reality TV show about losing weight and realised that all of those "really fat people" weighed less than I do! I have tried Jenny Craig without success in the past, ditto with about four tries at Weight Watchers programs over the years.

I started Diet To Go three days ago and I have already lost 3.5 pounds (and although I know that the first 5 pounds is mostly fluid from not eating all the salt and sugar I was used to - I was still very excited).

Thanks for this site,
my husband has been on Diet To Go for three weeks and has lost 23 lbs! He loves it! it's all about portion control and supplementing the right protiens and veggies. He played football in college and wieghed 245lbs before Diet To Go, we were really unsure at first, but we are believers, he has 20 lbs to go and I am starting the plan, I would like to lose 15 lbs. BTW the meals are good and convinient, we are latinos and like to spice it up a bit, so he adds a little hot sauce and spices
